COVID On The Rise Again In The Young

Coronavirus is once again on the rise, but this time with young people. From the 17th – 30th August 3,995  20-29  year olds tested positive for the virus, compared to just 800  60-69 year olds. (Source: Public Health England) This is most widely due to young people feeling ‘immune’ or ‘less at risk’ from the virus. With Schools going back this week, everyone is being urged to socially distance and ware face coverings to prevent the spread, and the possibility of a second peak.
